Installing the plug-in Ky_G-Corrector

Manual Installation

  1. Download the plug-in archive for your version of 3ds Max.
  2. Unzip the archive into any temporary folder.

    Each archive for 3ds Max version 8 and below contains a single plug-in file – Ky_G-Corrector.dlv.

    Each archive for 3ds Max version 9 and above contains two plug-in files – Ky_G-Corrector.dlv, one for 32-bit and 64-bit version of 3ds Max in a folders named 32-bit and 64-bit respectively.

  3. Copy the plug-in file (Ky_G-Corrector.dlv), appropriate for your version of 3ds Max, to plugins folder, located in the root folder with 3ds Max (usually C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max NNNN, where NNNN - 3ds Max version number).

    Attention!
    If the plug-in Ky_G-Corrector has been already installed in 3ds Max, then you must delete / overwrite the old plug-in file. Otherwise, during loading 3ds Max, the error message will be displayed: "Error Loading DLLs. Class ... from ... has duplicate class ID: not loading."

  4. The plug-in is ready for use.
